Joe D. Matheny
Chairman
Joe Matheny was elected to the Commission in 1997 from District 2. He is a resident of Titusville, where he has practiced law since 1963.

 

Ralph J. Kennedy
Secretary/Treasurer
Merritt Island resident Ralph Kennedy has served on the Board since November 1990 and is elected from District 4. Kennedy owns his own construction business, R.J. Kennedy Construction.

 

Tom Goodson
Vice-Chairman
Tom Goodson, representing District 3, is a Rockledge businessman who owns Goodson Paving and Seminole Curbs.

 

Raymond P. Sharkey
Commissioner
Elected from District 1 in 1995, Raymond Sharkey is a Titusville resident who served 23 years in the U.S. Air Force. He is a retired Lockheed-Martin aerospace manager.

 

Malcolm “Mac” McLouth
Commissioner
Commissioner Malcolm "Mac" McLouth, the former Executive Director of the Canaveral Port Authority, was elected to the Port Authority Board in November 2008 to represent District 5. The Cocoa Beach resident's involvement with the Port Authority spans 38 years before his retirement in 2004. McLouth served as a Port Commissioner from 1967 to 1996. That year he accepted the job as the Director of Business Development. McLouth then was promoted to Executive Director in 2000. He returned to the engineering profession after his retirement, but remained active in maritime activities.
